Had the a double room which was immaculate with cooking facilities. Very central location of this lovely family run hotel was a bonus.

I was upgraded to immaculate and clean double room with original artwork. Had a mini bar fridge, a personal safe, and climate control. The hotel was in a beautiful and great position near to the restaurant where the food was cooked by senora and served by senor, shops and the town center.

The hotel is wonderful, with particularly nice views of the mountains. the rooms are spacious and come equipped with coffee/tea making machines, a fridge, and glassware. - the private bathroom is fairly clean. - the location is magnificent, very close to the beautiful main square and the old church of Pietrasanta.

Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Great-sized unit with an electric kettle, fridges, and glassware.

The value for money at the hotel was exceptional and the room was clean and spacious. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center with its charming art galleries and delicious restaurants. The staff, especially the owners, Ugo and his wife, were incredibly kind and hospitable, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Only suggestion for improvement would be to have more variety in the breakfast items.

Possibly the best and very nice hotel experience we have had, will be back. It is an ideal venue with new-fashioned rooms and pleasant views of the mountains. - Staff is friendly and you can park your car nearby. We had an incredible stay in this stylish hotel! The owners are simply amazing and made us feel at home. They always went above and beyond to satisfy us. Breakfast was a highlight of our stay; it was delicious and beautifully presented. The location could not have been better. We were walking distance to the charming town center filled with great shops and restaurants. the beach was only a short bike ride away, which was very convenient.

Our only complaint was the size of the bathroom, it was quite small. However, it was clean and functional.

If I had to ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have some grab bars installed in the bathrooms. This additional safety measure would provide even more peace of mind for older guests like myself.

The breakfast spread was fantastic, with fresh bread, croissants, and homemade cakes. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city. The room was comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities I needed, including a private bathroom and good television.
